Line Cleaning
(Recommended every 2 weeks)
Service
includes complete system cleaning. Lines are flushed with a brewery
approved, environmentally friendly cleaner and rinsed with water before
being repacked with beer. This is effective against yeast and bacteria
buildup. Every two months an acid wash is run through the system to
breakdown calcium oxalate or “beerstone”. At every cleaning our draft
technicians will disassemble and scrub the inner workings of the
faucets as well as clean the couplers in the cooler.
Seasonal Shut Down / Open
(Recommended whenever system will be shut down for more than 2 weeks)
Services offered vary depending on the system but include preparing the system for idle
Glycol System Service
(Recommended every 4 months)
Service
includes checking and adjusting glycol levels to meet system
specifications. Checking and adjusting glycol bath temperature.
Cleaning condenser and unit.
Condenser Cleaning
(Recommended every 4 months or as needed)
Service
includes blowing out the condenser with compressed gas. This is
essential to the efficient operation refrigeration units and should be
done whenever build up occurs.

trained technician will come in and analyze the draft beer sector of
your business and report back on what can be done to improve it. We
look at the draft system, glassware handling, employee training and can
